Well, …actually…I am. I have been practicing Urine Therapy (UT) for 18 months and you may think I would have become blasé about it by now, but the opposite is true. The more I use this amazing natural health phenomenon, the more impressed I have become. One’s own urine has pure genius coded right into it - full of light, divine intelligence and stem cells.
And how do I know this for sure? Because I do it, I practice it. I see with my own eyes what it has done and researched enough to understand what it is capable of. I make my living Coaching clients by drawing upon my own experience.
My wife (Julie) initially tuned me onto the benefits of UT. She is always exploring something or other and was amazed at what she was reading. This got me thinking about my days as a Saturation Diver when I witnessed an Indian diver apply droplets of his own urine into his eyes! I thought the guy was crazy. But I guess providence was at play here, because when Julie first mentioned UT to me, I experienced a ‘knowing’ moment and instinctively knew I would be trying this out myself.
I started by applying urine to insect bites (we live in Panama) and I noticed an immediate soothing effect. The iItchiness disappears in minutes. Then the application was tried on burns. Burns of any type…sunburn, kitchen mishaps, etc. The anesthetic effect cannot be ignored, and you feel immediate unbelievable relief.
For the last 18 months I have been waking up and ingesting 4 ounces of my own urine. I attribute my current excellent health and vitality to this daily practice.
Urine is also known as Ultra Filtrate Plasma to scientists, and when discharged from the body it is pristine and sterile. The main component is actually urea, which is used in women’s cosmetics for topical skin applications, and it’s also a main component in fertilizers. These are just two of many industries garnishing millions of dollars in profit….from Urine.
But my true ‘come-to-Jesus’ moment came the day I crushed my finger. You can read all about that experience here. While I’m relatively young in my UT journey, and still exploring the incredible healing adaptations, it appears to be the ‘Cure-All’ elixir of life. Personally, I have not found an issue which has not been sorted by Urine Therapy. A year and a half into it now, I have completely reversed my digestion issues (think I.B.S.). For those people who suffer from this will understand the magnitude of what I’m sharing here.
Another personal experience worth discussion was when we were in Norway visiting our daughter. I was experiencing a tooth pain from a botched root canal from 20 years ago. One night while enjoying some Norwegian chocolate, my (root canal) Molar completely fell out…in two pieces. The metal Rods are still exposed. There was blood and a lot of pain, and a big gaping hole where my tooth once was. I second guessed nothing. I went strait to the bathroom and extracted some urine into my travel water bottle and gargled with it immediately. I repeated this every 6 hours and by the end of the next day the surface of the wound had smoothed over and the pain was reduced substantially. So much so, that I elected to NOT go to the dentist and continue my own healing protocol for the duration of my time in Norway.
From practicing Urine Therapy, I would say that even my spirituality has elevated somewhat as I recognize Gods’ immaculate plan directly. Yes, UT does involve a certain amount of trust. Sometimes we just need to surrender to discover the divine. Our creator has provided us all with everything we need to flourish, and Urine Therapy is another blueprint to how everything fits together.

Thanks for all the research on yourself. Great testimonials. I remember hearing years ago that a couple was out on a 3rd or 4th date on a boat. The engine died far from land. She drank her urine. He would not. He died. And she lived to tell about it.
Thank you for sharing this experience. I will try - especially on my face where I have "sun damage" according to dermatologist. Not interested in the prescription he recommended as it would initially cause more damage (a "ground beef" look.)
