Perhaps you were happy, satisfied even, but you knew it could have been better? Well, this is exactly how I feel too and I welcome you to 5 Pillar Health, where it’s all about building full spectrum strength and vital health.
Let’s make a resolution ‘to make 2026 our healthiest year yet’. Why not? What have we got to lose? The answer is, we have nothing to lose - but essential health to gain. Our physical health is the most important aspect (or pillar) of our lives. I cannot overstate this enough. Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Financial health are all important, but our primary goal must be our physical health in order to enjoy the others. This is what my goal is for 2026 - to improve my physical health. Why not make this a new year / new start for you too?
We should all start with a balanced diet and exercise. No shocker there but are we actually doing it? The world seems to be on a never ending pleasure train of short term thinking, child-like decision making, and instant gratification. Old school values of working hard for your goals and the concept of discipline seem to have been cast adrift. Let’s bring them back in 2026.
We also need to acknowledge how this current governmental system works to understand why it’s harder to achieve our health goals than it should be. This system works on mind control and poison. It’s only those two things and yes, it’s that simple. Mind control is achieved through our classic education system, through the media (Hollywood & TV), and social media channels. These mind control methodologies usher us into overconsumption and laziness. The poison part of the system comes through the Pharmaceutical industry. “A pill and vaccine for everything” mentality. Poison may seem like a severe word but modern medicine always treats the symptoms and never treats the cause. Very often the side effects from the pharmaceuticals cause more harm than they cure. No good will come from this. Why, as a world population, are we sicker, fatter, less productive than we have ever been? Answer, Mind Control and Poison.
So there you have it. My personal goal for 2026 is a healthier ‘me’- leading of course by example. I’m getting back to basics. Eating natural whole organic food, exercising in some form everyday, keeping my consciousness open to negative mind control, and zero - absolute zero pharmaceuticals.
The first thing we need to do to change our health (and our world) is to shift our consciousness into this new cleaner living regime. And then exercise discipline. Shake free of previous programs and basically act like adults.
In 2026 I will be accepting clients who wish to rid themselves of self sabotaging behaviors. I’ll guide them towards doing things that make them happy and Healthy. I’ll be teaching clients how to build and maintain their health. Our thoughts can change how our body works and how it looks as well.
