That’s a HARD NO for me.
My wife and I took a deep dive into world events, governments, institutions over the last 5 years. The deeper we looked, the more we were drawn into the rabbit hole(s) of our time. All our research lead us to the same conclusion.
Which is…the World, as of 2025, is being dominated by negative forces. Call it what you will…nefarious, evil, demonic, whatever word that works for you that best describes the dark energy currently at play here. The biblical Good vs Evil. The more one researches, the more one understands that these dark forces have been slowly infusing abhorrent matter into the educational, medical, judicial, and financial institutions since time began… and going hell-for-leather in the last 40 years - and here we find ourselves in this global moment right now. This is truly what we have learned.
However, I’m not going to go down this road, not even a bit in this post or likely others. I’m just felt the need to point out why nothing makes sense anymore, why we find ourselves living in this inverted state and why the ungodly current of negative energy is sweeping over the world. It’s all by design. I think we all need to understand this, acknowledge it, and move forward with a positive outlook. At 5 Pillar Health, we’ll purposely concentrate on positive actions and self empowerment, leaving the defeatist point-of-view in the rear view mirror.
So what can we do? The answer lies in strengthening what you have control over. Yourself. The very first step is to get your Health in order! Physical health is first-&-foremost the most important Pillar of full-spectrum strength. With a healthy body supporting you, you will then (and probably only then) be able to bolster the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial Pillars. We all need to improve our health in order to create a better experience for ourselves and our loved ones. Life is just plain easier and happier when we look at ourselves in the mirror and are able to smile at what we see - emanating vibrant health!
So, that means dropping or doing less alcohol, coffee, sugar, and taking in negative media sources and increasing physical activity, organic whole food and absorbing positive and spiritual influences. I am personally following my own advice by consciously limiting my coffee and alcohol, I’ve dropped all processed sugar, and my wife and I try to eat whole food as often as we can (often from our own greenhouse). We are currently building our new home, and a main feature will be the Gym. It’s a lifestyle choice we are focusing on.
Our initial goals should be all about progress, not perfection. And of course, I’ve had my own periods of self sabotage throughout my life and I’ll discuss those in later posts (please remind me!).

Imagine the world if the majority of people turned their back on negative influences, and concentrated on cultivating themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. We would experience a totally different enlightened existence, full of positive influences, love and light.
