What is 5 Pillar Health?

5PillarHealth.com was established in 2025 by myself, Andrew Paul Nemier. This is post No. 001 and it is my honor and privilege to have you along with me, as I discuss all things leading individuals towards true independence.

My own personal “independence” journey started in 2020 during the Covid pandemic when nothing made sense anymore, and my wife and I both realized that we could no longer support the institutions which we had previously entrusted. Our world was turned upside down. I had to leave my 40 year profession as a subsea specialist (Saturation diver, ADS pilot, Supervisor, Project Manager, Consultant) because I would not take the Covid injection. Thank God my wife’s values have always been aligned with my own. We were ridiculed in the stores for not masking, and our own (Canadian) government threatened we could no longer travel. Enough was enough. Cue our digging deep into the truth about everything and the wild ride we’ve had over the last 5 years. In 2021 we left Canada and are now pursuing a self-sufficient, independent lifestyle in Central America, where we are building our beautiful new home up in the Panamanian mountains. These posts will discuss what it takes to recreate yourself, how to discover your true potential, and of course I’ll coach others on how to do the same.

So, exactly what is being illuminated here? I will be specifically exploring the 5 principals of true personal, full-spectrum strength - which are the Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial pillars. Of course, we’ll look at these 5 pillars in more detail in later posts.

As well as working with you wonderful people as a Personal Development Coach, (specializing in Self Sabotage), my website, posts and articles will take a deeper look into my Reiki practice and openly discuss the virtues of Urine Therapy. Wow. Even as I type this I realize that this seems like quite a diverse range of subjects, yet they all revolve around elevating personal strength and health and independence in one way or another.

Creating a community of like-minded folk has been a desire of mine from the beginning. I’ll start by encouraging comments on my Substack and website posts, expanding the discussions and answering all questions. It should be fun if nothing else. We learn together.
